After our time in Rome, we headed out into the countryside toward Tuscany. Tuscany is famous for its tall Cypress trees and delicious wines like Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino.

I had the incredible honor of traveling to Italy with some of my most cherished clients a couple of weeks ago. The next stop was Rome, where we seemingly traveled through time, culture, and, most deliciously, culinary treasures that would tantalize any traveler’s palate. Today, I’ll take you on a vicarious journey through some incredible moments we shared. 

Travel is transformative, and for an unforgettable journey, few destinations compare to Greece and Italy. Recently, I had the pleasure of crafting an extraordinary itinerary for a small group of discerning travelers, taking them on a grand adventure through Crete, Santorini, Naxos. Our Greek adventure ended with the historic landmarks of Athens before embarking on a sumptuous Italian experience along the Amalfi Coast.

The 3rd stop of our Greek adventure, as we journeyed from the iconic blue-domed buildings of Santorini to the hidden culinary haven of Naxos. Naxos isn’t just any island – it’s the undisputed “foodie island” of Greece.

From the moment we arrived, we knew Santorini was extraordinary. The bright blue waters and stunning caldera views, left us eager to start our adventure. I’ve never seen a more photogenic destination in my life! Every spot we encountered was more picturesque than the last. It’s no wonder that the “Insta girls” and influencers flock here for social media content. Speaking of these “Insta” folks, I suggest avoiding accommodations near the domes. I met a couple whose balcony overlooked the blue domes, and they told me how difficult it was to get to and from their hotel, not to mention the lack of privacy. I recommend staying at the beginning of Oia. It’s just a short walk down the marble sidewalk to the heart of the shopping, restaurants, and photo spots, but you can escape when you’ve had enough of the crowds.
