We work closely with you to design customized travel experiences tailored to what ignites your passion.
The Planning Process

Let's get to know each other! No two travelers are the same, and you deserve a vacation that reflects what matters to you! Collaboration is an important part of the process: I will share with you how I work and learn more about you on a personal level and as a traveler.
My Client Travel Preferences form will give me an overview of several important things, including when you are looking to travel, budget range, special occasion (if any), desired destinations, your travel style, and who is accompanying you on the trip. Once I receive the completed form, we will set up a complimentary call or meeting to discover how I can bring your trip to life.
By the end of our chat, I hope we are equally excited about working with each other! If so, I will email you my professional services agreement and professional services fee invoice. Once completed, I will get to work designing your next vacation!

Now is the time I get to work, matching your feedback to the right experience and destination based on your preferences, ensuring you "Go Your Own Way!" I'll dedicate time and research to design a customized itinerary chock full of travel moments that surprise and delight you!
My affiliation with Virtuoso, the world's leading luxury travel consortium, often results in preferred pricing with amenities, including room upgrades, resort credits and more. These relationships and my expertise and knowledge of destinations, provide you with reliable, vetted premium travel services.
In turn, you have the confidence that you are getting great value for your money. I will collaborate with you to ensure you are pleased with your travel plan, and once you sign off on your dream vacation, I will secure all remaining trip elements.

You can now begin your journey with complete confidence that everything has been expertly arranged, so you can focus on having the time of your life!
I will be available throughout your trip in case you need to reach me – whether it is to share a fantastic photo of your favorite landmark or restaurant (I LOVE being tagged in social media posts!) or to alert me in the unlikely event of a snafu so that I can help to remedy the situation.
I will also provide you with contact information of my destination partner, who can also support you throughout your trip … all the way until you return home.
